What to expect from your PORTRAIT SESSION
Before your session - We will have a pre-session consultation in person, by phone and/or email to discuss the nature of your session, location and wardrobe options. About 3 days prior to your session, we will send an appointment confirmation via phone and/or email. We can discuss weather considerations at this time and come up with a back-up plan as needed.
During the session - Relax and have fun!
After your session - Approximately 7-10 days after your session, we will schedule a portrait reveal and ordering appointment. At the ordering appointment, you will have an opportunity to review digital proofs from your session while making final print and product selections. Your custom portraits will be delivered in approximately 3-4 weeks from the time the order was placed and once payment has been made in full.

Our portrait sessions include a pre-session consultation by email, phone or Zoom, a fun photo shoot, a reveal/ordering session and a $100 print credit towards your final order. Sessions start at $250, products sold separately.

What to Wear?
Wardrobe choices are an integral part of the final prints. Here are a few things to consider when selecting your outfits for your portrait session:
COORDINATE COLORS - Coordinating colors tend to photograph better than outfits that are perfectly matched. Consider selecting a palette of 2-3 coordinating colors and select outfits within the palette for each family member. A monochromatic color theme also works well; however, we suggest you avoid wearing all white.
ADD SOME LAYERS - Layering vests, jackets and scarves is an easy and fun way to give depth and texture to your final images. Try not to overdo it with the accessories or they may end up distracting from the persons being photographed.
BE TRUE TO YOU - Our goal is to capture authentic images of you; select outfits that reflect your personal style and taste. Consider your home decor when selecting your outfits especially if you plan to display your images in a particular room or space.
