What to expect from your HEADSHOT SESSION
It's easy, just follow these steps:
Step 1: CALL TO BOOK YOUR SESSION Call us at (805) 404-0690 to schedule a date, time and location that works best for you. Please note, mornings are typically the best time for natural light headshots.
Step 2: LET'S PLAN We will discuss your style, type of business, branding, planned use of the images and most importantly, what you would like your images to convey about you. Confidence, professionalism, authenticity… we will help you choose the best location, outfits and posing based on all of these factors.
Step 3: RELAX! At your headshot / portrait session, Toki and her staff will work with you to get the best possible images. All you need to do is relax!
Step 4: CHOOSE YOUR IMAGES Within 1-2 days, we will email you a link to view the best images from your session.
Step 5: DELIVERING YOUR IMAGES Your final, retouched images will be emailed to you via a downloadable link.

Headshot Session Rates
MINI Session $350 - Includes 20 minutes of photography time with one outfit change at one location. You will choose from 20-25 proof images and receive (via email) 4 final retouched images ready for print and web posting. This session is available Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM and select evenings.
BASIC Session $600 - Includes 40 minutes of photography time with two outfit changes at one location. You will choose from approximately 50 proof images and receive (via a downloadable link) 8 final retouched images ready for print and web posting.
PREMIUM Session $1500 - Includes 1 to 1-1/2-hour of photography time with up to four outfit changes and one or two locations. We will capture not only headshots (close-ups) but also mid-body and full body shots. You will choose from approximately 100 proof images and receive (via a downloadable link) 25 final retouched images ready for print and web posting. This is a great option for those who need a variety of images to refresh your outdated images.
BRANDING Session $3500 - Our Branding Session takes into consideration your character, skills, talents and passions in life and as your photographer, it's my job to dig deep and really get to know you so that I can capture your uniqueness and authenticity. We will spend up to 3 hours together for your Branding Session which includes unlimited outfit changes. We will capture a variety of images, from headshots (close-ups) to action and stylized shots to full body images. You will receive (via a downloadable link) 40 final retouched images ready to enjoy and share! You will also receive all unedited images from your session (approximately 300.) This session is perfect for your business, social media and/or personal needs. You also have the option to break this up into two separate photoshoots, as long as they are scheduled within 30 days of each other.
CORPORATE | STAFF Session - Please contact us if you are interested in a session for your group; we will provide you with a proposal based on the number of people being photographed and the final number of digital images you require.
